We want you to be completely happy with your orders so returns are made easy and are always welcome!

Cyprus

Free returns for store credit / exchange for any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the products when the order exceeds €50. There is one free return available. For any additional returns, delivery costs for the exchanged products are the customer's responsibility.

For orders below €50, recurring delivery costs for the exchanged products are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your store credit upon acceptance of your return.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, original packaging and with the labels intact. Merchandise not being in its original condition may not qualify for exchange.

Simply contact us at info@bazicscy.com with your returns request, please enter the order number of your purchase and specify which items you would like to return. You will then be asked to return the items to your closest "GAP Akis Express" store location to be deivered back to us. Please keep the receipt of the return. Once we have received, inspected and approved the returning products, you will receive an email confirmation with the credit note of your return attached and a discount code for the total amount of the returned items. You may then use the discount code on checkout, the credit amount will automatically be deducted from your total amount and you may then proceed and complete your new order.

Greece

Please use the same BAZICS CY mailing bag for returning the products. You may then use the discount code upon checkout, the credit amount will automatically be deducted from your total amount and you may then proceed and complete your new order.

We suggest you insure the returning products and use a traceable shipping service as we hold no responsibility for packages damaged or lost in transit. Once we have received, inspected and approved the return, you will receive an email confirmation with the credit note attached and a discount code of the total amount of the returned items. You may then use the discount code upon checkout, the credit amount will automatically be deducted from your total amount and you may then proceed and complete your new order.

Refunds

A) All products are brand new and closely inspected prior to shipment. In the rare occasion of a faulty product, in case that a different product was delivered than the one ordered or in case the package was lost or damaged in transit, you will have the right to choose whether you would like store credit / exchange or a full refund. If you wish to have a full refund, we will return the amount the same way you have made the purchase. Local customers who have used the option Cash On Delivery will be contacted by us or our courier service and will be asked to collect the amount from one of their stores of your preference. All shipping charges will covered by Bazics CY.

B) You can return any item for a full refund for any reason within 14 days from the day you have received your original order. In this case, where the item you have received is not a faulty item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
