When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

 _shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

 _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

 storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.    


Linkwise Cookies (Affiliate Marketing)

These cookies are necessary to know which partner has referred a customer to us, so we can reward them for their services (affiliates). These cookies are not used to show you any ads.

In all Out of the Sandbox themes, a cookie is also used, if enabled, to store information about when a user last visited a site to determine when to display popup windows ("popup"). This cookie expires after a set number of days.

Select Out of the Sandbox themes also use a cookie to determine if a user has closed the promotion bar or not ("promo_banner"). This cookie expires, by default, after 30 days but this time may be extended if a user returns to the site.

By default, these cookies are not associated with any personally identifiable information and do not contain a unique identifier.

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you. We collect your full name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.” This information is needed for us to be able to fulfill and send your orders.

For Cash on Delivery payment method we have available for Cyprus and Greece you pay with cash. Credit card numbers or any other payment information are not needed.



We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site including arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices and order confirmations.  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

For tax purposes;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).



We have multi-factor authentication enabled with an authenticator app on an external device for extra protection.

We view and have frequent checks on certain activity logs, including recent login activity by staff.

We use Avast Premium Security protection an all business devices for logging in and working on our Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

We only set role-based permissions for staff accounts for each individual task.

Access to your data is restricted to a few authorized individuals, who are responsible for the technical, commercial, or editorial management of the website.

Our site is protected by McAfee Secure.

Shopify is ● Anonymising and encrypting personal data ● Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems ● Restricting who may access personal data ● Ensuring availability and access to personal data in the event of a  physical or technical incident ● Performing regular testing, assessments, and evaluation of  technical and organisational security measures 

Shopify and all online stores powered by Shopify are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.   

Shopify uses third-party data centers with industry-standard certifications. Examples include: 

  • Tier III ● ISO 27001  ● PCI-DSS 

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
