Who are we at Bazics CY?

We are a small team of fashion aficionados based in the beautiful island of Cyprus. Our aim is to provide a rewarding and fulfilling online shopping experience to those women who care about trendy covetable but simultaneously timeless brands. We aim at stocking unique, high quality garments and accessories from sustainable brands from around the globe.

How do I find the garments I want to buy?

We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy and pleasurable as possible. You can use the top navigation in a few different ways to find the clothes and accessories for you. From left to right:

  • See all the latest garments in ‘New Arrivals’
  • Check the ‘Shop’ to search by type of product
  • Search by Brand name
  • Shop in our discounted and special offers section in ‘Sale’
  • Do a free text search by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to ‘Blog’

How do I find the right size for me?

The garments we offer come from a wide variety of brands from across the world that comply with different sizing systems. If you are not sure about the right size, please check our sizing guide. Alternatively you can get in touch with us or message us through our social media channels.

What if my item is out of stock?

If an item you have saved to your cart has become unavailable or you cannot  find an item you have seen before, please contact us and  we’ll let you know if and when it might become available again. 

Do you offer discounts?

We offer items that are on seasonal sale and we also offer from time to time special discounts. You can sign up to our newsletter so you are up to date with our special offers. Also keep an eye on our site by going to the ‘SALE’ tab on the top navigation:

Can I buy a gift certificate or voucher?

Yes, you can buy a gift card by clicking on the ‘SHOP’ tab in the top menu and then on the ‘GIFT CARD’ option. Gift cards are delivered to the recipient via email and can be bought for the value of €20 to €200. For more information check the gift card page.

Are the brands you offer authentic?

All the garments and accessories we offer are supplied by the original brand manufacturers or distributors so you can rest assured that they are all genuine.

 

ORDERING AND  PAYMENT

How do I complete my order?

Once you have chosen all the items you want to buy, you need to Go to Your Cart (top right hand corner) >> Agree with Terms and Conditions and click on ‘CHECKOUT’. You will be asked to provide your information if it’s your first time or login to your account where we keep your saved details. Next you’ll have to select your payment method and proceed to payment.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer 5 methods of payment:

  • Credit Card (Mollie) - Payments processed by Mollie.
  • Credit or Debit Card – Payments processed by Paypal.
  • PayPal Account
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - this method is available only for the territory of Cyprus.
  • Bank deposit / transfer

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How  long will it take for my order to arrive?

This really depends on where you’re located. Within Cyprus, and depending on the time you placed your order, we are able offer same day delivery (for pickup) and next day delivery (for door-to-door). We deliver almost everywhere worldwide. Depending on where you are the minimum order amount to qualify for our Free Delivery is different:

Can I change my order?

Once your order is shipped, you cannot change it. We offer free exchange, returns or refunds for store credit within 14 days on all of our orders (conditions apply). So please read our Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy carefully so you know how to proceed once you’ve received your package. 

How do I find out if you ship to my location?

We do ship worldwide to most destinations. If your country is listed on checkout means that we do ship to your location. You may also visit our Delivery page to see all details. 

My order is late - what should I do?

If you think your order is late, please refer first to our Delivery Policy to make sure that this is the case. If you cannot track or have a problem with the shipping provider, you can contact us and we’ll endeavour to do our best to get your order to you on time. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.

How do I track my order?

All our deliveries are trackable. When you order with us, and depending on the shipping method, you’ll be notified about how to track your order.

What if I want the order delivered to a different address?

During the checkout process you can provide a different delivery address from the one you have on your account. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us so we can try to correct it asap.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order and what do I need to do?

We have a very comprehensive Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy. You can return any item for a full refund for any reason within 14 days from the day you have received your original order.

Depending on your location and the reason why you might want to return, exchange or ask for a refund for your order, we’ll strive to offer you the best customer experience.

My package is damaged or incomplete. What shall I do?

We sell only brand new products and inspect all of them closely before shipping. In the rare occasion that a product might be damaged you can choose to receive store credit, exchange the product for one in mint condition or get a full refund. We’ll cover shipping costs for the returned product and for shipping the replacement.

What would I do if I never received my order?

If for whatever reason your order is lost in transit then we will offer you a full refund or store credit. (including shipping costs).

How do I create an account with Bazics CY?

In order to create an account with us, go to the top of the page and click on the profile shaped icon. This will take you to the Sign Up page, where all you need to provide is your first and last names, email and password and you’re good to go.
